By accessing and using CreatorsInTown ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CreatorsInTown is a platform that connects content creators based on their travel plans. Users can:

  • Share travel itineraries with city and date information
  • Discover other creators traveling to the same locations
  • Filter creators by various criteria (follower count, tags, etc.)
  • Contact other creators via X/Twitter

3. User Accounts

To use CreatorsInTown, you must sign in with a valid X/Twitter account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your profile information is accurate

Your CreatorsInTown username is permanent and cannot be changed once set during onboarding.

4. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you post on CreatorsInTown, including travel plans, profile information, and any interactions with other users. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate travel information
  • Not impersonate others or create fake accounts
  • Not use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Not harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Respect other users' privacy

5. Content Visibility

Travel itineraries can be marked as "Public" or "Private":

  • Public: Visible to all users and may appear in discovery feeds
  • Private: Only visible on your own profile/calendar

Profile information (name, bio, tags, location) is always public. Health & testing information is only visible to authenticated users.

6. Third-Party Services

CreatorsInTown integrates with X/Twitter for authentication and communication. Your use of X/Twitter is subject to X's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for X/Twitter's services or policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CreatorsInTown and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant CreatorsInTown a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy of travel information posted by users
  • The safety of meeting other users in person
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That defects will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

CreatorsInTown shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Interactions with other users (online or offline)
  • Unauthorized access to your account
  • Errors, viruses, or bugs in the Service

10. User Safety

When meeting other creators in person:

  • Use your judgment and common sense
  • Meet in public places
  • Tell someone where you're going
  • Trust your instincts

CreatorsInTown is not responsible for in-person interactions between users.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
